What happens after I have paid for my order and waybill?
Once you have paid for your order, our team purchases your goods on your behalf from our various suppliers, then they are grouped and sent together. When your goods arrive in your country, you will be able to receive them or pick them up from the shipping company’s office or warehouse.
Note that general goods and sensitive goods are usually sent separately, so please pass your order accordingly.

An order can include one or more items as long as the minimum order cost is reached. You can select several items from different suppliers and submit them in a single order, which you will receive in one package.

The minimum order cost or minimum order value (MOV) is 20 000 FCFA (XAF and XOF) or roughly 230 RMB (Chinese Yuan)/ 32 USD (US dollar)/ 31 EUR (Euro), without domestic and international freight costs included.
