Phase 1: Buy the goods:

Step 1. Select goods /Add to shopping Cart / Order check-out:

• · Browse through the website.
• · Search your products using key words or pictures.
• · Make your choices and add to your shopping cart.
• · When complete, proceed to check out, and submit your order for review and approval by our customer service department.
• · During check-out, you can elect to have your order opened for verification and/or photographed for you.

Step 2. Order review and approval (within 6 hrs business hours of check-out submission):

• · Once submitted, we review your order by:
• · Ensuring compliance with Chinese regulations and restrictions (pornography, illegal drugs, lethal weapons…).
• ·      Verifying the land shipping cost of the product within the Chinese territory from the Manufacturer’s warehouse to ours.
• ·      We approve or reject your order:
• ·      All orders not meeting the above criteria will be rejected or returned to the buyer for necessary updates.

Step 3. Order payment

• ·       An order approval text message/email will be sent to you with a direct link to the approved order, for payment.
• ·       You will make your payment using the option of your choice {:sitename} credit balance, Paypal, WeChat Pay, AliPay, Local Mobile Money accounts…
• ·      Once processed, we will transfer your remittance to the manufacturer for delivery of your goods to our warehouse.

Phase 2: Ship the goods:

Step 1. Waybill Submission 

• ·      Once we receive your order at our warehouse (generally within 3 business days), we will send you pictures of your goods in case you have elected and paid for this specific option.
• ·      Once you approved the goods on the pictures, we will send you a direct text message/email link to your order waybill processing.
• ·      Through the link, you will fill out your waybill information by adding your order’s delivery address (where you want it shipped), and your international delivery mode (Air Cargo, See Cargo, Train Cargo).
• ·      Once completed, you will submit your waybill for processing by our customer service department. 

Step 2. Waybill review and approval (within 6 business hrs of waybill submission) 

• ·      Once submitted, we review your waybill by weighting or sizing up you order depending on your international delivery mode selected. 
• ·      We will calculate your international delivery cost according to the following basis:
• -       Air Cargo: Based Price / KG
• -       Sea Cargo: Based Price / CBM (cubic meter)
• -       Train Cargo: Based on Price / CBM (cubit meter)
• ·      We will approve your waybill.

Step 3. International Freight payment 

• ·      A waybill approval text message/email will be sent to you with a direct link to the approved waybill, for payment of your international freight charge for your order.
• ·      You will make your payment using the option of your choice {:sitename} credit balance, Paypal, WeChat Pay, AliPay, Local Mobile Money accounts…
• ·      Once processed, we ship your order to your international delivery destination within 4 working day.
• ·      We will send you a notification of shipment.
