Notes on receipt of goods
1、Check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight before signing for the goods.
2, Regardless of whether the outer packaging shows obvious signs of damage or tears, check the goods in front of the courier before signing, and note on the consignment note before signing or refuse to sign directly if there is a problem.
3、If the package is not signed in front of the courier with damage or fewer pieces, please keep the outer box (including sealing tape) within 2 days after signing (subject to the delivery time on the logistics provider's website) back to the local post office, and provide the invoice of the goods, physical photos and other information contact us to request compensation for you at the post office.
4, the normal receipt of goods marks the end of all transit, the normal receipt of goods after any situation, our company will not be responsible.
5、After signing the package, if there is a problem, please give feedback to customer service within 72 hours after signing the package, it is no longer accepted.
Exemption clause
1, Fragile and perishable goods, whether or not choose to strengthen the packaging, are only involved in the loss of claims, do not participate in damage claims.
2、Dangerous goods and prohibited goods do not participate in the claim (for example: compressed gases, liquefied gases, flammable liquids, acid and alkaline corrosives and other national embargoes).
3, natural loss of goods, nature of defects, characteristics and market value of losses or costs caused by falling, etc. do not participate in the claim
4, goods in transit due to bad weather, lightning, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters causing all or part of the loss
5、Goods are not affected by compensation due to force majeure factors such as weather, customs clearance and other factors that cause the shelf life, warranty period, shipping cycle, etc. to be exceeded.
6、For customs reasons, you are obliged to cooperate with the relevant operations (including but not limited to payment of customs duties), but you refuse to cooperate so that the package cannot be delivered in accordance with the transit service provider's commitment within the time limit, the resulting losses, liabilities and consequences shall be borne by you, the transit logistics provider shall not assume any liability.
