What should I do if I find a problem with an item after receiving it?

1, regardless of whether the outer packaging is found to have obvious signs of damage or tearing, the goods should be inspected in front of the courier before signing, and make a note on the waybill before signing or refusing to sign directly if there is a problem.


2、If the parcel is not signed for in front of the courier, please keep the outer box (including the sealing tape) within 2 days after signing (subject to the time of delivery on the website of the logistics provider) to give feedback to the local post office and provide the goods invoice, physical photos and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office for you.


3、When the goods you have purchased on your behalf have quality problems after a period of use, you can entrust 123buy to contact the merchant in mainland China for a return/exchange as long as the goods are still within the quality guarantee period and you have the original proof of purchase and the product quality assurance card.


       1) As each seller/manufacturer has its own unique principles and ways of dealing with quality issues with their goods (subject to what is stated in the product quality assurance card), 123buy cannot guarantee that the vendor will be able to fully meet your requirements, but will do its best to fight for your interests to your satisfaction.

       (2) 123buy provides this agency service without any service charge, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the goods. 123buy reserves the right to refuse to agency this service for goods that do not meet the quality assurance conditions.


We will not accept your request to return or exchange merchandise if any of the following occurs.


1. the merchandise has been exchanged, the original appearance has been changed, or parts are missing.


2, goods that have been unpacked, such as software packages, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, etc.


3, goods without original proof of purchase.


4, involving goods with fewer pieces, damaged, defective, etc., need to contact customer service within 72 hours after signing for the parcel, after which time it will no longer be accepted.



Pictures to be provided for after-sale application


1. If the goods are damaged or have a large area of stains, please upload photos of the damaged or stained area

5、If the parcel received is wrong

Please take pictures of the face sheet of the parcel you received and the goods inside the parcel, and provide the ID of one of the goods received


6、If the weight of the parcel you received is wrong: please weigh the parcel before unpacking and upload the weighing picture
